Day of Event Assistance
You organize the event and we execute your plans.
- Meet with client one month prior to event to discuss details
- Check out event location a week before the event
- Confirm details with vendors prior to the event
- Organize day of event timeline
- Oversee reception set up and progression of timeline
A la Carte
You decide what you need help with and we will step in. We will take care of any aspect of the event you need assistance with.
